Contact lenses
- The images of each color are referential, so there may be differences depending on the eye color of each person and the choice of color.
- The DURATION of contact lenses depends on the care of these.
- Small pupil: The Urban Layer brand has reduced pupil models, GOGH models, the Freshgo Fiesta and Freshlady New York brand, which affect vision in some people and completely cover the view. You should take this into consideration before buying this model.
Color of travel cases: If you request a specific color of travel cases and I don't know if it is available, we will send the one we have.

OUR POLICIES
- Product shipping times on average 3-5 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

National shipments
At Cybelleza we ship through companies outside of us, so shipping times may be affected by the logistics of these companies.
- If you make two different orders, they will not go in a single shipment, make sure you buy everything in the same order
- If your order was requested with pickup at a branch, when your order reaches its destination and is not picked up within a period of 5 business days, they return it to the origin and charge for the shipment that was made and was not picked up. CYBELLEZA, we are not charged for orders that are returned, since sometimes companies do not return it. It is important that you follow up on your order so that this does not happen.
- Chile Express only sends to a payable branch if you enter an address it will be sent to the nearest branch. Check the delivery times on the Chile Express website and remember that the cost of Chile Express is more expensive than Starken.
- In Starken, $5000 is declared, so that it is sent as an envelope and the shipping value is cheap. If you want your order to be declared by the real thing and pay shipping as a bulk, please let us know.
- Cybelleza is not responsible for loss or destruction of products through shipments, the companies that make shipments are responsible if the order is lost on the way or is affected.

The importation of our products to any country may be subject to customs withholding. This may apply to any order containing the aforementioned products.
The competent authorities may request some extra document, depending on the country of destination, or the use of a customs agent. Any of these processes are not the responsibility of Cybelleza, so they must be processed by the client himself.
If your product was retained at customs, you will not be able to cancel the purchase until you meet the requirements of the Tax Authorities, or until you request the return of the package to its place of origin with the corresponding courier service.
If you receive an alert about the claimed procedures, either through DHL or a customs broker, and you don't respond within the designated statutory time frame, or even if you start to reach an agreement but fail for whatever reason, Cybelleza will consider the transaction completed for all purposes and you will not be able to request a refund.
If your order is retained at customs, please, you must respond to communications from DHL or any customs representative in an efficient and fast manner, since the retained packages have a period when they are retained.
